Designed to be attached and worn on the front of a chest rig. Kind of difficult to attach but once it’s on it’s difficult to take off. Opens pretty easily but doesn’t fall open. Bought but never used. Had it on a rig I never really wore. Pretty cool. Bought on Amazon a while ago. I don’t think they even sell them anymore. Please see pictures.
