The Speed Belt features internal MOLLE pass-throughs, unlike the external MOLLE found on most modern belts. On the inside of the Speed Belt is a Tegris stiffener allowing us to make a slim yet flexible belt without sacrificing rigidity.
The fill kit contents cover as much of the MARCH algorithm (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respirations) as possible while maintaining a reasonable size and weight for belt-mounted use. The kit is designed to treat Massive hemorrhage, Airway, and Respiratory injuries.
