A P83 Battle Jacket/Load bearing vest in Flecktarn camouflage. I dont know the year of manufacture or what company made it. It looks very similar to the Load Bearing vest used by the Bundeswehr, but it is not German milsurp. I wore it for several years and some of the nylon is starting to fray, and the manufacturers tag has worn away.
